Our Macro meals focus on offering a 40% carbohydrate, 30% protein, and 30% fat macronutrient distribution. This will include a few more starchy carbohydrates for athletes who are more concerned with tracking their daily caloric intake. MACROS: 50g Carb, 40g Protein, 15g Fat, 500 calories.
Paleo Inspired Meals
Our Paleo inspired menu is focused on clean, completely non-processed, gluten free, dairy free meals. All of the meals will typically have about 4-5 oz of meat, 2-3 oz of Veggies; totaling weight of the meals is 11-13 oz. Calorie range 400-600. Estimated Macro count on our Paleo meals are as follows 35G Carb, 40g protein 10g Fat. UNLESS SPECIFIED ON MEAL DESCRIPTION
Our kids meals are focused on providing clean, completely non-processed ingredients, like our paleo meals. Rich in carbs so they can have enough energy to go about their day! Macros are not counted on these meals instead we focus on providing 3 oz of meats 5 oz of carbs; plus fruit!
